AIHA Past President Among Presenters in Upcoming NIOSH Webinar on Post-Pandemic OHS

On June 9, NIOSH will host a free webinar on topics related to the future of worker health and safety in the post-pandemic world as part of its Expanding Research Partnerships Webinar Series. The series is intended to facilitate discussion about pressing issues and opportunities for collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders in occupational safety and health. Scheduled speakers include Barbara Dawson, MS, CIH, FAIHA, CSP, an AIHA past president; Gary Childress of Oil States Energy Services; Brian Fielkow, CEO of the trucking, logistics, and transportation company Jetco Delivery; and Paul Riley, MS, MBA, CSP, of the Agriculture Safety and Health Council of America.

The webinar is set to include presentations on pandemic-related challenges in the oil and gas industry, future industrial worker health and safety challenges, leadership in the post-COVID-19 era, and the effects of the pandemic on agricultural operations.
