This is just one of three within the workshop series, each building upon the content that is presented, culminating in an in-person event in Q4 of 2023. In this age of remote working and virtual meetings / communications, effective leadership has never been more important.

What kind of influential and exceptionally relevant topics will be explored during your workshop experience?

  • Managing Change—to Succeed and Grow
  • Mindset—What It is and Why it Matters
  • Courageous Conversations—Empowering Positive Steps to Effectively Address Workplace Challenges
  • Influencing Others—Understand Yourself and the Impact on Others
