Thank you for taking the time to recognize a deserving individual by nominating them for an AIHA Named Award. As a nominator you will be honored and recognized at the AIHce Mark of Excellence Breakfast, held at AIHce EXP.
The following information is required to complete a successful nomination submission:
- Nominee name and complete contact information.
- Nominator name and complete contact information.
- Justification for why the nominee should be considered for the award - be specific and align the justification with the award criteria.
- Nominee resume/CV in a Word or PDF file format.
In some cases, the nominee may qualify for more than one award. If you plan to submit a nominee for more than one award, you will need to submit a separate nomination for each award.

Online Submission Process
Do not start the online submission process until you have all of the required information and time to complete the process. If you do not complete the process in one sitting, the system will not save the information and you will have to restart the process from the beginning.
