The SAP, housed under the AIHA Guideline Foundation, is responsible for ensuring a systematic and ongoing effort to identify significant trends, issues and developments for national and international consensus standards that can impact the future of the industrial hygiene and broader-based occupational/environmental health and safety (IH/OEHS) profession. A request for evaluation was submitted to evaluate the relevance of the consensus standard, mentioned above, for the IH/OEHS community and the need for AIHA to engage in development.
