Here are a few simple ways you can educate students about getting into the field of occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS).

AIHA Laboratory Accreditation Programs, LLC is a third-party, internationally-recognized accreditation body. Our accreditation programs include: industrial hygiene, food, environmental lead, environmental microbiology, and unique scopes. Accreditation is granted to any laboratory satisfying AIHA LAP, LLC requirements for accreditation. AIHA LAP, LLC is proud to be a full member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and a signatory of the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA).​

The primary mission of AIHA Proficiency Analytical Testing Programs is to assist participants in pursuing excellence in laboratory services through external quality control program assessment and to promote the practice of proficiency testing both nationally and internationally.

AIHA Registry Programs promote the recognition of individuals who have demonstrated competency in a specialized area of industrial/occupational hygiene practice. These programs encourage individuals to keep their skills and knowledge current by demonstrating competency through recurring assessments.
