Discounts
There are many discounts available (university bookstores, bulk orders, etc.). For more information, please contact AIHA at (703) 849-8888 or visit www.aiha.org/market.
Invoices
All invoices are quoted in USD. Invoices must be paid in full before the order is processed. AIHA accepts credit cards, checks and wire transfers as payment. While we can add your PO number to an invoice to add in procurement processing, we do not accept purchase orders as payment.
Proforma Invoice/Quote
AIHA can produce a quote as needed for products/services you are considering purchasing. Please email your request to [email protected].
Vendor Registration Requests
AIHA can work with you to have AIHA set up as a vendor in your procurement system. Please send any required documentation needs to [email protected] and we will follow up with you.
Publications
Shipping/Handling
AIHA® members in the continental United States receive FREE shipping for all publication and product orders. International members and Non-members pay shipping, which is calculated as you place your order on the AIHA® website. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as ship-to addresses.
Professor Desk Copies
AIHA provides desk copies of publications. Please contact AIHA at [email protected] to request one.
Return Policy
It is AIHA®’s policy not to sell or accept returns of partial products. Only unopened/sealed, unused products in their original packaging/condition may be returned.
For all returns you MUST:
- Call AIHA® Customer Service for approval (703) 849-8888.
- Include a copy of the original invoice.
- Pre-pay all return shipping costs.
Additionally
- All products must be returned within 30 days. After 30 days products are nonrefundable.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All university, bookstore, bulk, and custom published orders are nonrefundable.
- Incorrect or damaged shipments must be returned within 30 days.
- PDF publications are not eligible for returns.
eLearning
Purchasing
All eLearning purchases must be made under the account of the intended learner. If you are attempting to purchase a registration for another person, please contact our staff at [email protected] or 1-703-849-8888 for assistance.
Discounts
AIHA offers bulk pricing discounts when you purchase ten or more of the same eLearning Course. Please note not all eLearning Courses are eligible. Our eLearning courses are self-paced online courses that allow you to learn at your convenience and are a cost-effective way to train your team.
eLearning Product-Specific Policies
In general, eLearning Virtual Event cancellation refund policies are event specific and listed online. Online courses are non-refundable.
