Why Indoor Chemistry Matters: Reaching Communities for Action
People spend a majority of their time inside their homes and other indoor environments, where they can be exposed to a wide range of chemicals. However, limited information is known about how exposure to indoor chemicals affects human health. A recently released report from the National Academies, Why Indoor Chemistry Matters, calls for further discussion about making indoor chemistry research a national priority.
Join us April 10, 2024 for the final hybrid workshop exploring ways of improving indoor air quality in homes and public settings. Discussions will center around public health messaging, indoor air quality standards and regulations, and collaborating for impactful action. Members of the public are welcome to register, attend, and participate in this workshop.
