One of AIHA’s main goals is to promote the success and advancement of the occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS) profession. To that end, AIHA periodically conducts national surveys of the salaries, benefits, other compensation structures, and demographics of IH/OH professionals and shares the results exclusively with its members. This survey provides AIHA members with detailed information on industry compensation practices, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, among other related metrics.

We, in partnership with Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC), invite you to participate in the 2023 Salary Survey, an in-depth exploration of salaries in the OEHS field.

By sharing your insights, you will contribute to a comprehensive resource that helps you and fellow members understand the current job market, benchmark salaries, and make informed career decisions.

Key Benefits of Participating in the Survey:

  • Receive a complimentary executive summary report packed with industry insights.
  • Compare your salary and experience against the broader OEHS community.
  • Play a vital role in advancing your profession and strengthening our community.

All participants who provide a complete and accurate submission will receive a complimentary copy of the results. All data will be kept strictly confidential and no individual data will be shared with any survey participant.

Your voice matters, and your input will shape the landscape of OEHS careers. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of something impactful.

How You Can Participate
For this project, AIHA and BGC have partnered with Vault Consulting, an independent research company. On October 5, Vault Consulting will email you a personalized invitation to participate in the salary survey. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder) for this email from Vault Consulting with more details on how to get involved.
