To reserve a room in the OEESC block, you must be a fully confirmed registrant of OEESC 2024. Your conference confirmation includes a link to reserve your hotel accommodations.

Cancellations and Refunds
Requests for cancellations, substitutions, and refunds must be submitted in writing to Lacy Reily. Phone calls will not be accepted.
Cancellations and Refunds
OEESC refunds are subject to a $150 processing fee.
- To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancellations must be received on or before August 16, 2024.
- A 50 percent refund (less processing fees) will be processed if request is received between August 17 and September 4, 2024.
- No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after September 5, 2024 or for no shows.
Refunds will be issued approximately 2 weeks post-conference.
*In the unlikely event AIHA is forced to convert OEESC 2024 to an entirely virtual format, we will modify the cancellation policy for individuals already registered for the in-person conference.
Substitutions
Substitution of a registered OEESC attendee by a business colleague will be accepted. A $50 processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing via email by September 4, 2024. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and must register before the original registrant is refunded.
Beginning September 5, 2024, no substitutions will be allowed, and all requests will be treated as full cancellation of the original registration subject to the cancellation processing fees above. The new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete the registration and housing.
Group Registration Rates
We are pleased to offer additional savings for group registrations from the same company. Group rates are available until Friday, September 13, 5:00 p.m. ET.
Group Rate is available for groups of 10 or more from the same company.
Advance Rate including discount* (on or before July 14)- $521.55
Standard Rate including discount* (July 15 to September 13)- $616.55
Group Coordinators: If the number of registrants is less than the minimum required for each discount level (or if cancellations lower the overall number), each registrant will be billed the difference between the discount already paid and the next discount level fee.
