Guidelines and Submissions Requirements

Educational posts:

• Authorship by an industrial hygienist, OEHS professional, or technical expert is preferred.
• 600-word maximum. Linking readers to expanded content on your website is encouraged! Please provide a URL for editors to direct readers to your site.
• Content should not be promotional and should have a general benefit to OEHS professionals.
• Please submit an author headshot (120x120px) and a 1-2 sentence bio.
• SynergistNOW will consider submissions of a relevant graphic to accompany your post. Image specs are 920 pixels wide by 448 pixels high. JPG and PNG are preferred. Animation is not accepted. The graphic should not be of a product. AIHA will choose a relevant graphic if one is not submitted.
• Your post must be submitted in final format in a Word document. AIHA retains the right to edit and approve content before posting.
• Content submitted should be unique to AIHA; content cannot be copyrighted for another publication. If content appears elsewhere, permission must be obtained by the author to have the content appear in AIHA publications.

Product-specific posts:

• Authorship by an industrial hygienist, OEHS professional, or technical expert is preferred.

• The topic should have a practical focus and be appropriate for industrial hygienists and OEHS professionals. Examples of topics include applications for use case scenarios for your product, how your product solved for X in Y situations, etc. Please do not submit a straight features-and-benefits article.
• Content may not mention other companies' products or discuss research.
• Please submit an author headshot (120x120px) and a 1-2 sentence bio.
