Guidelines and Submissions Requirements for your Sponsored Post

• 600-word maximum. Linking readers to expanded content on your website is encouraged! Please provide a URL for editors to direct readers to your site.
• Content should not be promotional and should have a general benefit to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Science professionals.
• Please submit a headshot 120x120px., 1-2 sentence bio, and relevant graphic to accompany your post. Image specs are 920 pixels wide by 448 pixels high. JPG and PNG are preferred. Animation is not accepted.
• The graphic should not be of a product. AIHA will choose a relevant graphic if one is not submitted.
• Your post must be submitted in final format in a word document. AIHA retains the right to edit and approve content before posting.
• Content submitted should be unique to AIHA; content cannot be copyrighted for another publication; if content appears elsewhere, permission must be obtained by the author to have the content appear in AIHA publications.
