New Waterborne Pathogen Training Survey

AIHA has launched a survey to identify the educational needs, gaps in current knowledge, and training preferences among professionals whose work involves protecting employees and communities from waterborne pathogens. Information from the survey will be used to establish fundamental and advanced training for technicians and professionals who perform risk assessments, collect samples from building water systems, and interpret the results of sampling. AIHA and ACGIH Introduce Safety for NonProfits

Join this free webinar, co-hosted by AIHA and ACGIH, introducing Safety for NonProfits (S4NP), a 501(c)(3) company of executive EHS professionals promoting the fundamental human right to a safe and healthy workplace while supporting the values of charitable work. Topics include an introduction and background on the founding of S4NP, as well as a call to action for AIHA and ACGIH members to volunteer. This lunch and learn webinar will be held on April 22, 2024; Noon-1:00 p.m. ET. Register today.

AIHA's Catalyst Community Moves Platforms

AIHA's online community, Catalyst, is moving to a new platform, Monday, April 8. Our membership team sent an email with details and "how to" guides to navigate the system. We are excited to introduce new features in the next several months (including a robust calendar feature in which we'll house all the committee and volunteer group meetings with downloadable .ics calendar reminders), so be on the lookout for more.
